  Carl met my girlfriend and I at the door as we arrived. Carl is very friendly and well spoken. Every question was met with a knowledgeable answer. Carl knows his product inside out. The location is very well kept, very clean. The trolleys are excellent. The lifts are in a perfect location next to the loading dock / ramp. The floors are ultra smooth so when wheeling stuff on the trolleys, there's hardly any movement.

  Really friendly staff in French's forest office. The lady that served me was very patient despite my indecisiveness.... And helped me carry my boxes to the car in the rain.
